A scope that fits the facility.
A useful custodial scope identifies what needs to be cleaned, how often, and how the work will be checked. FPS reviews routine cleaning requirements for occupied government and commercial spaces with attention to service windows and site procedures.
Cleaning frequencies, supply responsibilities, floor-care methods, and inspection criteria should be established before service begins. Any special handling, restricted areas, or product requirements must be discussed as part of the scope.

Before requesting a scope
Useful questions.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Supply and equipment responsibilities depend on the agreement. Identify who provides consumables, cleaning products, equipment, storage, and replenishment before requesting a quote.
Does the scope include hazardous-material cleanup?
Hazardous materials, regulated waste, and specialized remediation are outside a routine custodial scope. Those requirements need separate evaluation and appropriately qualified providers.
Services, schedules, and qualifications are confirmed for each opportunity. No contract award, registration, or specialist qualification is implied.
