A scope that fits the facility.
Facility maintenance works best when priorities, responsibilities, and completion expectations are defined. FPS reviews the requested building upkeep against site conditions, access requirements, and the resources needed for the assignment.
For a government facility, the starting point is the approved statement of work. For a commercial property, it may be a recurring work order list or a specific repair need. In either case, regulated work must be assigned to providers with the required qualifications.
Support to consider

Useful questions.
Does this include electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work?
Specialized and licensed trade work is evaluated separately. FPS does not represent trade licensing that has not been verified; qualified providers and their responsibilities must be identified for the assignment.
Can maintenance be scheduled around an occupied building?
Occupancy hours, access arrangements, work zones, and disruption limits should be included in the scope. A schedule is agreed after reviewing those requirements.
Services, schedules, and qualifications are confirmed for each opportunity. No contract award, registration, or specialist qualification is implied.
