Founded as a Florida limited liability company on October 16, 2025, FPS is based in Sarasota and owned by Benjamin Foskey, its sole member and registered agent.
Our focus is practical: understand the facility, clarify the scope, and coordinate the people and tasks needed to support day-to-day operations. We welcome conversations with contracting officers, procurement teams, and facility managers.
